My name is HEATHER CATHCART
and I started Aromatherapy Scotland in response to
requests from my students, in both professional and
leisure classes, for a full range of essential oils.
Due to my experience in clinical Aromatherapy since
1990, I am able to source excellent oils and store
the oils properly to ensure their quality.
As a lecturer in Clinical Aromatherapy since 1993, I
am available for organising classes and giving talks
to groups. My experience ranges from teaching
Aromatherapy to those intending to practise
professionally, to special groups like the Richmond
fellowship and Stroke associations and to members of
the general public who would like to learn more
about complementary therapies.
I am a registered Bach Flower remedies practitioner.
This is a wonderful therapy which helps you to keep
your emotional state in balance and so improves your
health in general.
In addition, I am qualified in Infant massage and
Indian Head massage. Infant massage classes can be
arranged to suit the parents and run in small groups
or individually. During the classes, only the parent
massages the child - I will demonstate on a doll.
My journey with Reiki began in 2001 and since then I
have become a Reiki Master in the Usui tradition. I
train to level 1, 2 and Master levels. Classes are
in small groups, usually a maximum of 6, or can be
carried out on an individual basis. Group classes
may be arranged in West End of Glasgow venue.
